Improving Personal Safety ~ How to keep yourself and your loved ones safeFear of intimidation, verbal abuse and the threat of violence is common in today's society. Not having the confidence to go about our work and life without fear or feeling uncomfortable leads to increased levels of stress or means some of us actually change our plans to reduce the risks and at times this fear or stress stop us from doing what we'd hoped to do.
While overall incidents of crime are falling violent attacks are 44% higher than in 1998, 1 in 5 of shop keepers and taxi drivers reported being attacked in the 12 months to February 2010 and 1 in 10 of us whilst on holiday this summer will be the victim of a mugging or suffer some form of theft. Many of us have teenagers at college of just about to go to University and unfortunately 20% of all assaults happen outside pubs of clubs.
Bob Hayward has exclusive rights in the UK to NetAlert, the personal buddy alert system, and will be joined by Les Crumplin Hill of STORMcqd, a close personal defence expert. Together they will introduce you to some simple, practical and easy to learn strategies to keep you and your loved ones safe.
