Empathy Styles

What drives your behaviour..?

The Empathy Styles model consists of 7 styles. All of us have all 7 in our personality - between 2 and 4 of them will be strong in adults; some will be weak; and some will be average. This combination of styles is one of the major factors in determining our temperament and how we see the world. Psychologists tell us that these styles or drives are responsible for about 90% of our non-rational behaviour. In other words most of the things we do, and how we do them is because of these styles or drivers. The particular mix of drives each of us have is one of the major reasons why we are different from other people. Do our quick quiz to discover what your strong styles are and what they mean.

Once you’ve completed the quiz you will be sent an email to let you know that it has been successfully received. One of our team will look review the scores and send you a completely confidential explanation of your scores and what it probably means.
